Building Our Home
It has been hard work and it seems to be paying off so little, but here is what has been happening so far.
Clearing the lot.
Excavating.
Foundation.
Next week we are going to start framing the house... well... hopefully.

congrats on the progress of the house so far. Hopefully it will be done before you know it. Hope the family is doing well, tell them we said "Hello"!!
....so what are the chances that it will be all done and you can move in before #2 arrives? Poor Renee. I was in nesting overdrive during both of my pregnancies. That must be frustrating as shit for her to stare at the house being built and not be able to get it set up for the new baby. Yes, it's likely frustrating for you too, but sorry...my empathy there goes with Renee ;)

I thought in USA - all Privat-Houses are build with wood ;-))).

In our little Country Germany - it will not be alowed to fell such great trees - in the middl of a wood to build a house.
