Ooooh that looks like a nice house. I wish I could afford a house like that...who am I kidding, a house at all! :-) I wish you luck getting them approved and your plan going into action!
 

Ok, so I checked out the kitchen first...(my personal most favorite room of the house). You have a kitchen island and a walk in pantry, plus tons of cabinet and counter space. WONDERFUL! Four bedrooms? Terrific! Dane going to have some siblings soon then? haha! And a bonus room is nice...maybe a playroom for Dane (or a playroom for mom and dad?). I love high ceilings, so the living room I think would be stunning with it being open to the second floor. Also, I love the separate tub/shower thing that is so typical now in modern houses.

I'd happily live there! Only thing that makes me nervous is that you opted to have the laundry on the second floor. Yes, that makes sense and is convenient since that's where the bedrooms are, but I always fear a washing machine spill/breakage/overflow. I guess they have those trays to set your washer on when you have it on the upper floors so it should be ok...
 

Oh, and a wet bar. I looked all over for the wet bar and couldn't find one ;) My brother has one in his house and I love it.

Kira-The wet bar will be in the bonus room next to the laundry room. My plan is to make a barwith a mirror behind it, complete with brass foot rail.
